Fee Information:

Incentives from this service are payable only after a transaction is completed and all obligations are met by the referral agent. If the agent fails to meet all legal obligations to Relo-Guide, no incentive payment will be made to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

You use the service at your own risk. It’s provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, with no warranties. Relo-Guide doesn’t guarantee that the service will meet your needs, be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that the results will be accurate or reliable. Any material downloaded is at your own risk, and you’re responsible for any damage or data loss.

Limitation of Liability:

Relo-Guide won’t be responsible for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service, cost of substitute goods and services, unauthorized access to your data, or any other issues related to the service.

The Relo-Guide logo, trademarks and service marks, icons, and other Relo-Guide logos and product and service names are service marks of Suncastle Enterprises, Inc. You agree not to display or use these marks without Relo-Guide’s prior permission.

General Information:

The TOS constitute the entire agreement between you and Relo-Guide and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions when you use affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software. The TOS and the relationship between you and Relo-Guide shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. You and Relo-Guide agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Pima, Arizona. If any provision of the TOS is found to be invalid, the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in the TOS are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
